When Annie Taylor was born in 1896, her father, Alfred, was 21, and her mother, Emily, was 22.
She had one daughter, Margaret, with Arthur Harrison in 1925.
She was a seamstress, originally working at a shop Derby, and then for the GWR, making all the soft furnishings for the trains and railway hotels.
Like her husband she was a strict methodist.
She died in 1979 in Rugeley, Staffordshire, at the age of 83.
