Mary Hedges (McCallum)

When Mary Hedges was born on 5 July 1891, her father, Thomas, was 29, and her mother, Ellen, was 23. 

She had two sons and one daughter with her husband Norman McCallum. 

She was known in the family for being extremely clean and house-proud, and even used to wash the lamp-post outside her house! 

She died in 1980 in Enfield, Middlesex, at the age of 89.
