Ruby Hedges (Wright)

Ruby Ena Johnson Hedges was born in 1912 in Enfield, Middlesex, the daughter of Ruth and an unknown father.

She was taken in by Ruth's parents and passed off as Ruth's youngest sister. 

She married Philip Wright on 25 August 1936 in Enfield. They had one child, Frances, during their marriage. 

She worked in the Co-Op department store in Enfield. 

She spent 4 years living in Mexico with Frances and her family in the 1960's. 

She died in December 1976 in Leicestershire, at the age of 64.
